Covenant Court was conceived as an integrated community for seniors representing many denominations, ethnic and racial origins, and levels of income.  

Our Building

Covenant Court has 26 strata-titled, 1 and 2 bedroom homes ranging from 700 to 1220 square feet. Twenty-one are self-owned under a Life-lease and five are rented to persons of limited income. The age restriction is 55 years and over. The building was constructed and opened its doors May 1994.
